Spooky Tomato Caprese

Whip up these Halloween Caprese Bites from SnapFoodie.com for a treat your guests will die over!

Ingredients

  • Cherry or campari tomatoes

  • Fresh mozzarella balls

  • Black sliced olives

  • Organic DFF basil

  • Balsamic glaze

Instructions

    • Cut slits into tomatoes (don't cut all the way through)
    • Stuff tomatoes with mozzarella ball(s)
    • Top each with an olive slice to form an “eyeball"
    • Tuck fresh basil leaves under the tomatoes
    • Add a touch of "gore" by drizzling some blasamic glaze over the plate
    • Hold everything in place with a toothpick
