We are saddened by reports of illnesses associated with the current Cyclospora outbreak. Our thoughts are with those affected and their families, and we recognize the challenges that foodborne illnesses can create for consumers and communities. The health and well-being of consumers is at the core of everything we do.
As a certified member of the Arizona Leafy Greens Marketing Agreement (LGMA) and a holder of GLOBALG.A.P. and Sustainably Grown certifications, our farm maintains rigorous food safety and sustainability standards throughout our operations. Our operation produces leafy greens exclusively within the United States. We adhere to all applicable requirements of the FDA Produce Safety Rule (PSR) and implement comprehensive food safety practices designed to reduce risks associated with fresh produce production. At this time, our farm has not been notified by any regulatory agency, customer, or industry partner that our products are associated with the ongoing Cyclospora outbreak investigation. We continue to monitor developments closely and remain committed to full cooperation with public health authorities should any inquiries arise.
We take any reporting of foodborne illness seriously and are committed to working cooperatively with regulatory agencies, industry partners, and our customers to support investigations and ensure the continued safety of our products.
Consumer confidence is earned through transparency, accountability, and a steadfast commitment to food safety. We remain dedicated to producing safe, high-quality leafy greens while continuously evaluating and strengthening our practices based on the latest scientific research, regulatory guidance, and industry best practices.
Our thoughts remain with those affected by this outbreak, and we will continue to do our part to support the safety and integrity of the fresh produce supply chain.
