Vegan Pesto

The creamiest organic, vegan pesto for all your pizza and pasta needs!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Duncan Family Farms basil leaves

  • 1/2 cup raw cashews

  • 2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped

  • 1/2 teaspoon fine salt (more to taste)

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • Black pepper & chili flakes to taste

Instructions

    • Combine all ingredients in blender
    • Pro tip: freeze any excess pesto!
